• Anatomy & Physiology: Understand how the body moves so you can teach safely and confidently.

• Yoga Philosophy & History: Explore ancient teachings like the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita to deepen your perspective.

• Teaching Methodology: Develop your voice, learn to sequence classes, and guide others through the Baptiste Journey Into Power and other signature Ohmies Way styles.

• Ethics & Professionalism: Build your teaching career with authenticity and integrity.

• Business of Yoga: Learn the essentials of marketing, branding, and creating a sustainable yoga business.
