GoHard GoOhm- Rookies Flow- Yoga for beginners.  Basic vinyasa flow discovering your relationship with breath and body movement and linking it through poses. 

GoHard GoOhm- Open Level -
Power Vinyasa flow to help increase flexibility, physical and mental endurance.  


​Ohmies into Power- ​  Inspired by Baron Baptiste Journey into power sequence. This heated class will leave you empowered, energized, alive and sweaty with your Ohmies. This class is open to all levels. 

Ohmies in the Trap -​ 
Yoga trapeze is an suspension yoga device great for back pain, core strength, and functional upper body strength. This class is a workout along with spinal therapy, is known to alleviate back pain, relieve stress/anxiety, improve grip strength, balance and flexibility. Come turn your world upside down!

BENEFITS OF YOGA​​

Yoga increases endurance, strength, and flexibility.  Mental endurance and physical stamina are tested through holding asanas (postures) for extended breaths.  As you use your own body weight for resistance your upper body strength is increased.   Major back muscles begin to support the spine better than before.  You will notice your core muscles redefine your abdominal and obliques. Posture begins to correct itself over time. Tight hips are opened through stretches and get strengthened. Glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves are strengthened. Power yoga’s ability to build muscle has an undeniable effect on the total body.
