Ohm Sweet Ohm- This is a restorative class, students are placed into supported yoga positions with the assistance of props, along with receiving yogic massage with essential oils. In this hour, students of all levels are guided to focus on their breath while relaxing the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing individuals to come into a mindful, calming center- a balance to an active yoga practice and busy lifestyle.
